We not only have an experienced management team but also have an in-depth support mechanism at all levels which ensure that businesses operate efficiently and effectively. The success of IGS has allowed us to re-invest into critical support areas such as our centrally located Head Office based in Red Hill which is the central hub of the company and where our 24/7 control room is operated.

As well as the need for a clear business understanding we are acutely aware of the importance of providing a quality service with partnerships and relationships founded on respect and trust and believe our performance standards are gauged in the delivery of excellence of service.
We believe there is a requirement to provide an innovative approach to the service provision and to add value over and above the norm. This is demonstrated through the manner in which we continuously strive to look at ways in which our clients can benefit from the services we provide to them in developing new ideas through the shared partnership approach.
With all of our Clients, the key element at the heart of our service provision is integration. This places as much of the service, including management and supervision, in local hands but relies on external management for professional advice, technical support and reactive response including escalation procedures.
Our offsite support teams actively liaise with the onsite teams to help with queries and to tackle any issues before they occur. As we are centrally located, members of our support teams are also able to attend site as quickly as required.
